•  Activate a small 3g pack [ Fist Try Below steps with Zero balance ]
• A premium account on pd – proxy for more use.

How to get :-

• Connect with Internet with APN : MMSC
•  Download PD Proxy from HERE
•  Login to your account or create a new its totally free.
• Go to advance setting Set UDP PORT : 53 or 123
• Just Tap on connect.
• Thats all , Enjoy .

For Mobile users you can use Droid Vpn for the same port or any supported vpn.
